Herd meditation & drumming journey

The world is at z’n upside down and many people are meeting themselves –or stumbling upon their own feelings. More and more people are seeking personal awareness, peace and self-development. A great way to begin this is through meditation and spending time with horses!

There are no requirements in terms of experience, flexibility, weight, age or gender. Just join and discover what meditation or simply spending time with the horses can do for you. We will guide you step by step.

We'll explain what meditation is and do a controlled meditation, including a small drumming journey with the horses. Really: everyone can do it (and loves it). Often, when the group is at rest, the horses come to us to explore us __UNICODE_2’, and more horses gather around us, as if inviting us into their herd. Sometimes they even lie down with us, resonating with us and letting us sit or lie down next to them to meditate together.

This is truly one of the most beautiful experiences you can have with a horse: the ultimate feeling of connection! So powerful! Often the dogs also play a role in this meditation and lie down with someone who apparently really needs it. To give you a safe feeling when you sit or lie down, we always keep an eye out to make sure the horses enter the circle quietly.
