Saloon & restaurant

Upon arrival at the ranch, you immediately notice the saloon with cozy porch. In the center of the courtyard is the fire pit, surrounded by wooden cottages. Because what would a ranch be without a real saloon?

The saloon is tastefully decorated in western style, combined with many authentic Swedish elements. Stuffed animals found in the surrounding forests add to the warm and authentic atmosphere. It is a place where guests immediately feel at home.

Inside the saloon you will find a cozy bar, where you can go for a drink and where the cozy atmosphere is central. Behind the bar is the professional kitchen, from which meals and snacks are prepared and served. The saloon thus offers ample opportunity to have a drink or a bite to eat and functions as a restaurant for our guests. In addition, the space is multifunctional, for example as a dance hall, TV studio or meeting room. At the front of the saloon is a long, cozy veranda with several seats.

In one corner of the saloon is a cozy ‘living room’with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and reading and gaming equipment, ideal for relaxing ’in the evening. Depending on the season there is also a pool table, which everyone can use (children up to 16 years accompanied by a parent). Of course, in addition, there is a corner with tourist information. From the saloon you can walk directly to the western and souvenir store and the toilet block.

The saloon also has a stage with various instruments, such as a drum kit, an electric piano and several guitars. We regularly organize an open stage or a karaoke night, where everyone can show his or her musical talent. The instruments may of course be used and in addition there are regular musical evenings and performances, making the saloon the bustling heart of the ranch.

Whether you walk in during the day for a cup of coffee, ’in the evening for dinner or enjoy music and socializing, the saloon is a place where everyone feels welcome and where real ranch life comes alive.

Restaurant opening hours and activities:

June 12 –August 31: 12:00–20:30 daily (reservations not required).

Every Friday, July 17 – August 15: Barbecue with live music 7 p.m.-2 p.m. (reservations required).

Every Sunday, June 14 – August 30: Outdoor Cooking 18.00-20.00/21.00: make as many pancakes as you want by the campfire in front of the saloon (reservations required).

Outside of these periods, the restaurant is closed unless noted for special activities or for groups by appointment. Please feel free to contact us for that and we will see what we can do for you.
